Site Visit and House Plans
Once we’ve defined your vision, we’ll schedule a site visit to assess the land where your home will be built. This allows us to evaluate the topography, surrounding environment, and any potential challenges that may impact the design or construction process. During this visit, we’ll also discuss how the site’s features can be incorporated into your home’s design to maximize both functionality and aesthetics. With this valuable information, we’ll move forward with finalizing your house plans. Whether you have your own plans or need assistance in creating a custom design, we’ll work with you to refine the layout, ensuring it reflects your personal style and meets your needs. Once the design is complete, we’ll finalize the plans and prepare everything necessary to begin construction.

Build
Once the design is finalized, it’s time to bring your vision to life! During the construction phase, we handle every detail with care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are met. Our team works diligently to stay on schedule, keeping you updated on the progress every step of the way. From laying the foundation to adding the finishing touches, we focus on building your home to last. Once construction is complete, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough to inspect every room and ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned. If there are any final details or adjustments to address, we’ll take care of them. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and after your approval, your dream home will be ready for you to move into and enjoy!
